Enjoy complete privacy right beside woodland and meadows, with no through traffic.
The entire house has been fully renovated and offers modern comfort to new-build standards across approximately 180 m². Its division into three units – Frühlingswald, Mohnwiese and Burgmauer – combines shared experiences with private retreats.
A base for cycling & walking
The well-known Werra Valley cycle route passes directly by the house. More than 60 km of walking trails lead to highlights such as the Blessberg observation tower, the protected yew grove and the nearby Rennsteig region.
Culture & outings
Visit the historic dance linden tree or Europe's only stone and clay marble museum in the village. Eisfeld Castle and Franconian Coburg with its impressive fortress are within easy reach.
Mobility service
We hire out quality Cube e-bikes, with delivery directly to the house on request, ideal for group rides through the upland countryside.

Important completion notice: the apartments are fully finished and ready for occupancy. Please note that façade work and landscaping (terraces, paths etc.) will be finalised during 2026. This does not affect the high level of comfort inside.
