Ground floor: sociable living & comfort
At the heart of the house is the open-plan kitchen and living area with direct access to the huge balcony. A separate dining room is perfect for meals together. The main bathroom has a bath and shower, complemented by a separate WC and a cosy entrance veranda.
Upper floor: peace & privacy
Here you will find three stylish bedrooms, each with king-size beds and its own LED TV. A second bathroom with shower and WC, plus a practical washer-dryer, completes this floor.
Kitchen & dining
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, freezer, hob and oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, air fryer and automatic coffee machine – coffee beans included.
Optional extra: our breakfast buffet with fresh rolls, homemade jams and much more, at €9.00 per adult and €7.00 per child up to 14 years old.

High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house, four televisions and a computer corner with a PC.
Linen & toiletries
Towels, bed linen, shampoo, soap and toilet paper are included. A washer-dryer, iron and hairdryer are provided.

Private carport for up to two cars on the property, plus an on-site charging point for electric vehicles.

Arrival and departure
The co-owner lives in a separate lower-ground-floor apartment with its own entrance.
On arrival day, the house is available from 15:00. Please plan to arrive by 20:00 at the latest. We currently offer contactless check-in; you will receive the key information shortly before arrival. On departure day, please leave the house swept clean by 10:00. Please agree any necessary exceptions with us in advance.
