A gem at Heinrichser Markt: a modern escape among historic half-timbered houses. Welcome to our designer holiday apartment of around 75 m² in the heart of Suhl-Heinrichs! Beside the traffic-calmed historic street market, you stay among beautifully restored half-timbered houses in the Henneberg-Franconian style.
We, the Vockrodt family, have lived in this special house for almost 25 years and have lovingly designed the apartment to make you feel at home. Your four-legged family members are warmly welcome; we have a lovely dog called Lotte ourselves.

Open-plan living: a cosy lounge with flat-screen TV and an integrated, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, microwave, coffee maker and kettle.
Sleeping
Two separate sleeping areas: a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a single bed that is also suitable for two children. An extra bed in the living room and the sofa provide space for up to 5 people in total.
Bathroom
Modern bathroom with shower and washbasin. Soap and toilet paper are provided.
Laundry & internet
A practical washer-dryer is available, along with free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Bed linen and towels are already included in the price.
Outdoor space & parking
Cosy terrace in an enclosed private courtyard. Free on-street parking is a short distance away.

A private wood-fired barrel sauna awaits in the idyllic courtyard. It can be booked for €20.00 per use, including bathrobes on loan.
Family paradise
The garden invites exploration, with a sandpit, trampoline and a pond with small inhabitants. A seating area with barbecue is also available by arrangement.
Active holiday service
The Hasel Valley cycle route runs through the village centre. We hire out quality Cube e-bikes, children's bikes, trailers and bike carriers, with delivery to the property on request. More information under E-bike hire.
